Dakin I've got no idea what they actually are. They were scavenged off a bike that was being thrown away at my LBS years ago, they're just some generic steel riser bars with a bit more backsweep than most.

What rack is that? I want something very similar.

no saddle or chain just seems unpractical to me..

More than you could imagine haha dakin waiting on the saddle in the mail and a chain whenever I make it down to the shop .
