How rude, I took all the advice and never reported back! It was awesome. Ate so much gelato, granita, arancini, canoli, pizza, cheese. Loads of good local red wine, visited Noto, Modica, Noto beach. Went snorkelling off Ortigia and saw loads of fish. I'll sort my pictures out and write up some new tips regarding restaurants etc when I get a chance.
