Love the fact that a football prospect doesn't make it at Everton on a loan spell, when he's what 17/18/19, after that he gets some games under his belt at sporting Lisbon, gets some accolades, and possible move to Everton competitor but he's still shit because be didn't get a contract at Everton. WTF!
Fuck. Off! Pisti. How many young players miss out during a loan spell and come back and make the grade elsewhere. How many players have Everton loaned out who have come back chastened and done better? Christ you can be blue blinkered all the fucking time...
Interesting the centre halves we're looking to recruit, bodes well for us playing out from the back rather than relying on Dawson knocking the long diagonal after passing it across the back four a couple of times..
