Bike theft isn't high exactly in most of Norwich, though it seems so in stats compared to the rest of the crime levels. A d-lock like that would be suitable for most "normal" bikes around the city during the day.
For more valuable bikes it's hit or miss, I know someone whose bike was stolen from outside the sportspark while locked with a middling d-lock, and my own shed was broken into and the unsecured bikes nicked. I use an Abus Granit X-Plus 54 for general locking up duties.
