I remember when I first rode around Regents.
I'd recently moved to Maida Hill area and when I started working from home and missing having a commute had a look at the map and thought ooh! That would be perfect to have a ride around, could even train on it, do an extra lap each time or suchlike.
Had no idea that obviously everyone else in a 5 mile radius had the same idea. I was not prepared for the amount of Rapha clad mamil douchebaggery. I remember being overtaken by a large group of sneering knobcreaks all wearing identical black rapha tops with the hi-vis armband looking at me like i'd just shat my 'cheap' bike out of my arse and onto their assos legwarmers. Felt embarassed wearing Rapha after that.
