I have found kicking her off the bed works some days... We'll it started off as accidental... Then it got into a.... Well... Way... And funny boyfriend and I have been saying how much Patch doesn't like him, she would only attack my feet if I ignore her for long enough or move my feet to provoke her etc, but she goes straight to boyfriend's feet every morning he stays...

I think Philip Pirrip is good. That's Pip's full name.
Incidentally, he hadn't eaten any food today. Not sure if it's the dribbly medicine on it or that it was in the kitchen and he doesn't want to hobble that far. Poor bugger.

Why is Pocket called Pocket? Because Tara says she's "as soft as her pocket". It's a shit name, but it got the green light because Tara really wanted to call her... Wait for it now... Pamphili Pamphilio.

All my cat used to do was snuggle into me until my alarm went off. I miss my cat
:(
Your new friends are pretty cool though :)

Patch really does treat me like a family... She thought I might be hungry at 2:30 so she has kindly brought me a mouse from the outside world and presented it to me at the bedroom door. If I didn't decide to give in to her calling, I am sure I would wake up with a cute little mouse next to my pillow.

After polling my mates for suggestions, we narrowed it down to three possible names for Fabric.
1) Fabric (obvs)
2) Superbastard
3) Big MacEdit: With an honourable mention to SPG

That's a cool new friend you've got there thedopestghost. If only cats could speak a human language, or vice versa, it would save a lot of time, bother and stress!
He's been back every day so far. My girlfriend has fallen in love with him and built him a little house outside to chill in when it's raining.
We dont want him coming in the house because Gomez and Opie arent too keen on him just yet.

Oh yes, I love it when she wakes me up at 5 every morning because that's when she wants a cuddle, some headbutt and face sniffing. If I don't comply then it's feet attack...
EVERY. SINGLE. MORNING!!!!!!!!!!!
When I try to do the same at a sensible time, like 5pm, all I get is rejection.
I am definitely her pet, that's what humans are for.
What's the return policy and period for cats from Battesea? :-P
ours are good in the morning but they seem to take us getting in to bed in the evening as a sign that they should start chasing each other around the house and beating the crap out of each other.

Really old cat with suspected dental problems has dental problems but they can't remove the teeth because he's to old for general anaesthetic so its just pain killer and anti biotics for now.
My mum bought a cat carrier at the same time but the handle fell off in the street on the way home so that kind of traumatised doodlebug somewhat.

Seem to have four cats colonising our back garden at the moment. A growing kitten who is exploring the fence, its mum who has taken to curling up in the shed (I've made sure she can get out), and two others. Kitten is adorable, pretty sure its the same one that crawled under the fence when it was ~2 weeks old.
TL:DR I want a cat :(

my sweety had some problems with her right eye yesterday after I gave her some cat food with shrimp in it. I usually don't buy it because I have a fish allergy and can get problems with even touching fishy products. I bought it on accident. about an hour or two after eating her right eye was watery and she kept on cleaning it with her paw. she could barely open that eye. She wouldn't come sit on my lap (she's usually sitting and sleeping on my lap when I'm home). I set beside her and comforted her. I gave her something else to eat with no fish products in it. An hour after that she got a lot better. eye is now fully open, she isn't washing her eye anymore and it's fully open and not wattery.

My cat brought a mouse into our bedroom which managed to escape and hide inside one of my trainers at the end of the bed so I was awoken last night at 3am by a cat with a Nike Air Presto on it's head growling and bumping into things.
