So I came off my bike yesterday as I hit a pothole. Bike is ok. I'm ok bruised and battered with a small fracture to my left elbow. I probably cannot work for a little bit. I am not one for the claim lawyer thing but I wondered if the council are responsible for this as the thing is not marked. Any experience?
