Moderators (requests and notices)

There's always been a good number of people who have said they like the ability to send a quick message without the faff of a PM (or the expectation of a reply) and without making it public and/or cluttering up a thread. If Microcosm has nothing like it, it will be missed by plenty of people. It has nothing to do with 'reputation'.
