  • sorry hippy, could you make that a little bigger?

  • ftfy. Excellent point, well made.

-- over 1000+ civilians died in Gaza in the same period. .And what has the horribly civilized and peaceful West done? US announced that it's gonna [strike]sell[/strike] give Israel $12.4bn worth of arms (by 2018)... and remained pretty darn quiet on Israel's [strike]quest for[/strike] nuclear weapons...

doesn't look like an official tesco PR release ( maybe it's the tower hamlets branch ) but hopefully it is true
no press release on their website from what i can see

  • Wars are ugly and not terribly healthy events. Sometimes, however, they are inevitable and more often than not trying hard to prevent the inevitable often results in more bloodshed.

I entirely disagree with this as justification for events in Gaza at the moment.

But the original question to you was: Is Israel committing genocide?
And by any standards or definitions, it is. Therefore, you might want to add Israel to your long list of "barbarians and genocidal extrememists"

  • I demonize neither Arabs nor Muslims. I do, however, demonize barbarians and genocidal extrememists. HAMAS, Boko Haram, Hezbollah, Islamic State, etc. I demonize just like NLFT, Lord's Resistance Army, KKK, NSU, Abhinav Bharat etc. and guys like Breivik, Timothy McVeigh, David Copeland, Jack Teitel,...

You directly aligned 'fairness' with the support and promotion of nut jobs. You ultimately echoed the same type of tabloid bullshit which slams 'political correctness' as going soft on nutters. The context of your argument was that we shouldn't attempt to question Israel's actions because proportion is hard to define in the light of all these mentals running around getting a bit fighty.

Your argument was in that context - that's what you inferred and it was bum.

  • Don't engage. He's shown himself many times to fail to enter discussions in a meaningful way, instead he imports irrelevancies to make his argument look weighty, but ultimately these points say nothing which support or strengthen whatever statement it is he is making.

I'm familiar with the technique. This is how I wrote essays most of the way through my undergrad.

  • Lozzles...

  • Everytime I read his post, I kept thinking the illuminati have got to him.

  • Don't jokes about the Illuminati Ed

  • I need to get some outside Illuminati. Does anyone know someone who'll wire up an outside sensor light?

  • I'm familiar with the technique. This is how I wrote essays most of the way through my undergrad.

    Repped.

That's just an irrelevance you're dragging in to make your argument look weighty. Ultimately, this point says nothing that supports or strengthens whatever statement it is you are making.

    What did I fucking say!

As a German, I feel you have no right to comment on my post. Let us not forget the role Germany played in the printing of the Gutenberg bible.

  • Eastbourne Pier on fire..

  • Terrorists?

  • The Illuminati in my fridge - is that on when the door is closed or not?

  • Eastbourne Pier on fire..

    What about Waterloo station?!?!

  • Russian backed separatists

  • The Israelis claim it was housing rockets

  • Uncomfortablol.

  • Not another pier fire. Haven't there been another two since Brighton? I can't remember where, but they always seem to just end up being left as sad ruins that nobody has the money/will to restore.

  • Don't jokes about the Illuminati Ed

I wrote a letter to the illuminati expressing my worry about the misappropriation of their logo in the popular media and offered to consult on a full redesign for free.

they thanked me for my concern but they said they'd rather just keep an eye on it for now.
