There are no single pair of shorts that are great for everyone.
I've had some horrible ones for £40, great ones for £50 (a present). The most comfy I have at the moment are some generic Condor branded ones picked up for ~£10 in the shop a few years ago.
[EDIT] I've never understood the point of bibshorts.
