Probably two different brands, e line and line.

Nice and unique frame, but big price - only for someone who is really interested in Eastern European track and road stuff (Takhions, Rekords, Kvants, stuff made by Vorontsov etc.)

can probably get 2 x 1.4kg frames for £1300
