Motorbikes are great for it. No-one wants to mess around with someone covered in padding and kevlar armour.
I remember filtering past someone on the phone in their car whilst on my motorbike:-
They had the window down so I said "Put the phone down." They ignored me.
Bike to 3000rpm. (My exhaust is about 2ft from their car). They start to shout on their phone.
6000rpm. They wind up their window.
9000rpm. They shout into their phone inside their car.
12000rpm. They're looking very angrily at me.
15000rpm. They hang up.
