Just got it home, really fun little bike, everything works perfectly.
Just popped some nitto promenade bars on and slammed the stem. Bigger bars mean I need to pick up a longer cable tomorrow. That'll do for now.
Schwalbe land cruisers on it are practically new but really dorky and can't afford to replace.
Things I might do:
Strip and polish stem, although the black is cool.
Replace generic shimano chainset and brakes with T.A cyclotouriste and Mafac cantis I happen to have lying around.
Wald basket.

edit - Almost forgot, it's pretty much the exact same shade of purple as my Tarck biek. Win.
