This is a 1989 frame, probably the Condor Squadra, and was made for track pursuit. As a track lo pro frame it looks like it uses a 26" front wheel.
[To restore] you'd be a looking at around £150 for a single colour respray, plus £25 for decals
Track pursuit with derailleur hanger and bottle cages holes? What's the rear spacing?

Sorry, I can't access any previous PMs at the moment - I'm on holiday and it's quite difficult on the phone. Don't worry I have a friend at home packing stuff and sending it on. If you need to contact me please use joseph.aw.todd@gmail.com if you sent a message in the last 48 hours and I haven't replied you should probably send another. I'll get to an Internet cafe in the next few days and sort this out.

Condor Lo-pro Reynolds 653 *£330 or £355 posted*
Top tube: 60cm
Seat tube: 57cm
Down tube: 62cm
Will happily (and probably anyway) measure the other tube lengths and angles.
This frame is in fantastic condition, I was originally going to use it myself but I never got round to building it up with parts that were worthy of it. It has both track ends and a derailleur hanger.
When I was planning on building it up I contacted Condor for some more information regarding the frame and this is the information I gleaned:
The frame is in fantastic condition and doesn't particularly need any restoration however there a few cosmetic blemishes as shown in the pictures.
