Turin's a dump. Avoid the station - needles all over the floor and not exactly a city steeped in historical value.
Pisa obviously has the leaning tower, but it is surrounded by establishments selling the usual levels of utter crap.
Personally, I'd head to Florence and Siena and explore everything in between.
