Wanted: Fixed rear wheel, stem, drop bars & brake levers

Hello guys!

I'm looking for some pieces to do my first conversion on my old french bike.
Here is what I need by order of priority:
1 - Fixed rear wheel 700c: I would like something durable because I'm going to use it on my daily bike. Black or silver.
2 - Quill stem: 22.0mm width. The 22.0 is really important. I have a nice 22.2mm stem, but unfortunately I can't use it on this bike :(.
3 - Drop Bar, 25.4
3 - Brake levers: Anything that can go with the drop bar.

Is the frames head tube the 1 inch threaded type? I've got a stem, drop bars and brake levers. The levers go on the drops though, not near the stem.

I don't know, I have nothing to take a precise measure. It's only because I know that this bike is a ~83 french frame, and my other stem is too wide. I will buy Vince's stem if I manage to meet him, or use some sand paper.
I'm going to have a look to your ad and send you a PM if interested for the drop bars.
The brake levers width needed depends on the bar which depends on the stem. So this is why I'm saying that the stem is important for the rest of my researches.

Update, I found a stem and a wheel, so I'm only looking for a drop bar and a pair of brake levers.

I've a couple of pairs of 25.4 drops, £5 each.
