The 3G is a huge advantage on these, true.
Tempted to grab this and I've already got an older one that works fine.

Mine is duct taped because it's used that much, yet I've never been in a situation where I've needed to buy a book that desperately. The free internet can be quite handy, but the browser facilities, unless you are using the keyboard one, are rudimentary at best.
I know everyone is different, and my own needs are not a template for everyone, but 3G seems as useful on a daily basis as a sixth toe, so my criticism is for the comment about "worth the doubling in price".
Or I'm talking out of my arse.
Sorry for Hijak, I love my kindle so hoorah to the future owner.

It seemed like you don't benefit from it but the idea that you don't have to go home or find a wifi network just to download a book appeal to some people, especially those who read a lots of book, travelling, commuting etc.
That why I says it's worth it, especially since you're not paying for the 3G,well paid via amazon eBook of course.

Oh no!!!! Sad times! Did you have it marked or anything? :(
"Kindle 3G Wireless Reading Device, Free 3G + Wi-Fi, 3G Works Globally, Graphite, 6" Display with New E Ink Pearl Technology"
I bought this Kindle from Amazon in February 2011 and loaded about 20 classics and other paid for books on to it but then never got in to it, so I'm selling it virtually unused and in perfect condition - the plastic screen protector hasn't even been peeled off.
I mislaid its box and USB cable while moving house, so replaced that with new one (unbranded). I still have the original wall plug though. If/when sold I'll de-register the Kindle so new owner can register it under their name.
Bought for £152.00 so selling for
£85.00SOLDI'm in Camberwell but can meet anywhere in London really :)
Dibs and PM please.
Cheers,
Alex
