I recently aquired a Dolan PC frame. moved otherwise stock Fuji Track BB and cranks over.
In the unlikely event that anyone else does this, to get the chainline, you need to put the chainring on the inside of the spider, then use a 2.5 spacer on the BB.
or at least this worked for me as a temporary fix before I upgrade both cranks and BB.Is the stronglight crankset generally best avoided on this frame to get a 42mm chainline?

Spent some time on a calculator... I can get into sensible stack/reach territories on a 52PC with a 80mm/17° stem on 2cms of spacers.
Sensible meaning comparable to what I ride at the moment with bullhorns. Time to buy some compact bars and experiment... -

Or just get the 52cm Genesis Madison track frameset?
It's a proper track geo, 74/74 angle too, mean you probably can get away with the 54cm.
