If it has or had a mech hanger and doesn't have gears then it's a conversion.

Doesn't have track ends either from what I can see.

Hi, it does have track ends and a gear hanger although the gear hanger can be removed as can the front mech hanger. It was built as a SS TT bike using the PX Stealth Pro frame set, I'm not convinced of the conversion arguement as track ends would denote both SS and geared have been accomadated for in the design. If this were fixed/brakeless then I would concede to a conversion as the bike is designed for brakes.

Track ends on TT frames are for adjusting the position of the rear wheel in the misguided notion that closer to the cutout = aero.
