Hi, it does have track ends and a gear hanger although the gear hanger can be removed as can the front mech hanger. It was built as a SS TT bike using the PX Stealth Pro frame set, I'm not convinced of the conversion arguement as track ends would denote both SS and geared have been accomadated for in the design. If this were fixed/brakeless then I would concede to a conversion as the bike is designed for brakes.
