Great community of people on here. I'm not going to try sell a bike a month old cheaper than a bike that is 2010 model when it's a 2013 model.
There's nothing wrong with trying to get some money back.

And I simply was not aware that I'm not 'allowed' to sell my bike elsewhere is I try sell it on here. Quite frankly I'll advertise it where I want.

And I'm certainly my not going to respect anything or anyone on here when no one shows any respect for me or any other newbies for that matter.

Rule of thumb is take 50% off the best online price when you sell used stuff.

Create is £330 new so a good forum price would be around £165.

And if anyone wanted a shit bike, there are plenty of new ones on eBay for £150

the only people who get a major case of the 'your all bullies' on joining here are the ones who fuck around in the classifieds.

instead of expecting 10's of thousands of forum members to bend the conversations to suit you, maybe try getting a feel for the place and trying to integrate into the community. that way when people start calling you a cunt it's because they mean it endearingly.

Rather than thinking of them as pretty but meaningless commodities to acquire and look at, it's best to think of spoke cards in the same way as medals or Brownie/Scout badges you 'earn'. So go forth, ride your bike(s) and enjoy the people you meet along the way.

Where do all these ally cat races even happen? Understandably in and around London fixed gear is more popular than Coventry.
No one rides them here, everybody sucks, and it's like no one even knows what a dam fixed gear/single speed bike is!

There are certain rules where if you want to sell here you can not advertise elsewhere and you ignore that point and ethos of the forum so when you
(a) ignore the rules and point of the forum )
(b) ignore the huge wealth of advice and knowledge that is available
(c) Have less than 10 posts and then try and sell over priced shite
(d) it helps pass the time at work
