I just read this thread, cos I'm not in London any more innit.
Reading the rules, might it be an idea to change them so the dick receiver has to request the dick?
I.e. see person with dick, shout 'dick!' at them, receive dick.
That way it doesn't go to someone who has no idea what is going on.
