Never even knew that the 'classic Alan' did Mixte. It looks a delight, looks well-specced and deserves to be snapped up.

hello interested in this bike, however only just managed to activate this account after trying for ages. could you tell me how tall the present rider is please and what would you say is the ideal height for the bike, also would i be able to change chainrings and cassette etc as to get lower gearing for me. ands also where are you situated. thankyou

It's not a mixte. I'd call it a a road bike.

I'd ca it a drop frame road bike... And a lovely one at that.

agreed! I've actually been contacting any and all of my friends who may be interested in such a bike in the hopes that they'd buy it and I could see it again and again :-)

Shame for me damn fine bike , and its wrong to haggle down once youve agreed to meet on a price listed here unless there are some issues not covered in original ad !
