I've picked up an old SR Silstar crank with some very nice looking SR chainrings, however I noticed when I spun the cranks on the donor bike that their is a wobble by a few mm in the ring. I can't see any impact damage either on the ring or the crank itself, the wobble seems to be at the same place on the inner ring too, so question is were these made with a very poor tolerance to straightness or has something gone horribly wrong? And any opinions whether it will be ok to run on the bike?
