Looks to me like the film has stuck to itself while in the canister then as it wound out it came apart damaging the emulsion, I've shot a lot of agfa vista both in and out of date and not had it happen so I'd say that's just water damage or really bad luck.
The light leak is going to be hard to deal with, it will be easier to replace the camera because it's definitely gotten worse since I shot some rolls through it.
Or because it's the zoom it might pay to shoot a test roll and figure out if any focal lengths leak worse than others.
