Get a replacement glass front and rear from ebay, probably £10-15. Replace yourself, not hard. Just be careful with the screws and remember how to put it back together. Plenty of youtube vids. You can either flog on ebay, but when I went into the O2 shop they gave me a reasonable trade in value. Could have got more on the bay, but no enough to warrant the hassle.
