Unconfirmed reports from someone in the office and slightly second hand, that there is a cyclist down on Grosvenor Place. By the look of the traffic outside (I work further up Grosvenor Place and traffic is solid northbound, but nothing is coming down the road southbound). Possibly something happened coming off the roundabout.

I cycle down here every morning and generally don't have too many problems as there is space to overtake.
