I've started it, done the 3 days just have to finish the 'paperwork'*.
There's nothing very difficult in it its just very time consuming with the paperwork.
*I've friends and colleagues that have done it and their's was paper based but I got everything on a memory stick and I'm finding it quite difficult to keep track of everything that I have to do.
If you have any dealings with BC before you'll probably be prepared for the disorganised nature of it.
The coaching you have to deliver is pretty basic but unless you are in a club or currently working as a coach or something you're going to have to organise groups of cyclists to deliver to and I think you'd need a qualified coach to oversee and sign off.
I'm not in a club and I can't deliver at the velodrome as that's a 'technical environment' so I've found it difficult to get the sessions done but through another contact at work I managed to get involved in some after schools go ride stuff and got there in the end.
