One odd thing is that if I screw it down tight onto the battery, the battery won't work. It just flashes like it is dead. If I turn it back ever so slightly it works fine. Not a big issue as I don't have to unscrew it so much that it's loose.
Sounds like it's shorting out when screwed down hard. They shouldn't be screwed down hard - just enough to make good contact.

Only holds 1 - 1.5ml this might wear thin after a while. We'll see.

whats the thing that makes the biggest change? what would you guys change first?

I've found (certainly in the cheaper bracket) that spending a little more on a good clearomiser gives the biggest improvement. The more expensive, generally the better pit together and better designed so you are less likely to get leaks and it will be easier to fill.
Also, replacing coils regularly provides more consistency.
The aerotank for example just feels like a nicely machined piece of kit. Everything fits together well and you can tell it will last. A great improvement on the T3S which, while it was good with fresh coils, felt a bit fragile and clumsyvin comparison.
I have no experience of fancy batteries so will leave that to the others

If you struggle with the size let me know. I wouldn't be bothered by a used one at more or less what you paid for it if you buy a larger one.

Cool, will let you know. It may be just that I am using it a bit too much out of novelty. If I get a bigger one, I am assuming they come with the same drip tip so can swap it for the new clean one. Hygiene, innit.

I've tried some of that Gin's Addiction at the focus group thing we went to a while ago. Fair bit of absinthe in there I'd say, but I found it quite nice even though it's a long way from being my sort of flavour.

Looks good on an Ego!
That's why I'll probably just get used to the more frequent top ups. I've had bigger clearos and it bugged me that they were wider than the battery.
If they made an accessory that meant the reservoir was longer, I'd be all over it. It would just need for the pyrex tube and one side of the two bits that hold it all together to be longer. I'd be happy with more length than girth.

soak any part in boiling water from the kettle = instant sterilization.

the liquid is everything for me!
stopped smoking regular cigs for 7 days now a previously unthinkable target! the Wembley shop does "Tobacco supreme!" I think or "Tobacco Royale "that's the only one that totally got me off the fags! -
• #996
Murtle is speaking the truth. A good soak in vodka also works fairly well.
The Wembley store is UKEcigStore yes? Their liquid used to be shit, but I see they have a couple of decent brands now. Some of the Alice in Vapeland ones are supposed to be really good, but I can't remember which now.

I have about 25ml of Perfumers Apprentice RY4 Asian, mixed at 15mg. I wasn't sure it was my thing the first time round and the second time round made my mind up. A little too close to tobacco for me with kind of a floral note. Anyone want it? £5 / 6 Tyskies should cover the cost of mixing it.
Cheers Butters.Good to meet you
I like the it. It tastes more like Creme Brulee´than floral. -

Glad it worked out! Good to meet you too, and thanks for the Tyskie. Two of them have even survived to see Wednesday.

Already had some Kronenbourg in the fridge. ;-)
Now then. This idea of an LFGSS vape meet. I think it would be good. Share some knowledge, taste each others juices etc. Badumtish.

It was about £15. If you don't mind the bulk I would go for the normal one as I can see myself having to fill the mini quite frequently. The mini looks really sleek with the ego battery and it comes with a spare coil and the choice of a glass or stainless steel tank. The steel would look cool but I would be worried about running it down without realising as you cant see how much liquid is left and burning out the wick.
