Yeah. I think the old accreditation process at other velodromes is defunct as this new nationwide accreditation process is the new norm.
I enjoyed my accreditation sessions, although riding with riders you don't know on the track can be a little scary if you're not sure of their skill or experience level.
I had my first SQT session last night with Ho and it was loads of fun. Different from the HH intermediate sessions due to it being split into different exercises with some small breaks put in instead of just constantly rolling around HH with one break.
If you enjoyed your experience I recommend sticking with it for at least the accreditation process and see how you feel doing a proper structured training session. :)
