For Sale: Alan Super Record with Campag C-Record / Chorus

For sale is my (nearly) all Italian ALAN road bike. This was my only real road bike project and was built up from parts over a 6 month period around 3 years ago. It’s a fantastic bike, light, compact and great fun to ride. Unfortunately it just doesn’t get the use it deserves so hence the sale. Spec is as follows:

• ALAN Super Record frame and forks stamped 54x54cm (dated April 1983). Frame is in great condition no cracks or dents. Only issue is the cable guide closest to the seatpost is broken so there is a cable clip to that one as seen in the photos.

• Super record downtube shifters (shifting is set up as friction. I will throw in a set of (C-Record I think) indexing dt shifters if the buyer wants to try to get it indexing however I wasn’t able to)

• Chorus aero seatpost 25mm
  
• Chorus pedals with original straps and Christophe clips (LH pedal is missing its cap)
  
• C-Record hubs on Mavic Open 4cd rims

• Cinelli stem
  
• Cinelli Criterium bars 65-42
  
• Tan Cinelli bar tape with prosecco (obviously) stoppers. Normal Cinelli stoppers included if cork isn’t your bag
