Those Lotus Aero Sport bikes are really similar to the Motobecane Profil 2 & Profil 3.
Same equipment too so not sure if they came out the same factory or if the tubesets were the same.

And that Shimano 600AX stem isn't that rare, I have one on my 1981 Motobecane Profil 3 ;-)
