The location was wrong. If you want to sell expensive bikes to bankers, have the shop in the city near the banks. If you want to sell messenger bags to hipsters, have the shop in hipsterville. If you want passing trade don't have the shop off the main street.
Also, some of the staff are/were a bit busy talking shit with all the people of LFGSS that came visiting and not spending.
