Had a bit of a disaster yesterday, was out for a ride and my lezyne seatpack fell off the bike and I could not find it when I retraced my steps.
Inside were the Atomic 22 locking keys for various bolts on my bike, which means I can't currently get my wheels off, change saddle (new one arrived today) etc etc. I emailed them last night and today they offered to make new keys and deliver them in person tomorrow.
Thankfully I have other bikes that can be used so did not take the up, but was bowled over at their desire to help me out. Each key is made for the individual user.
