Great session, thanks so much for organising it Velocio.
Glad I didn't go down, would have taken out our forum founder if I did slip, very happy my pedal strike fear became pedal strike save and I stayed upright.

That was great fun. Thanks David for the organisation, and Rob for coaching. Think I've finally overcome my advertising hoarding yips after stacking it on some very slippy paint at Roubaix. Look forward to the next time. Great pics Ho!

This was so awesome. No I lie, it was more awesome than that.
Highlights:
The smell of pine (think also kinda sauna).
The uninterrupted smooth ride.
Not stacking it on the track.
Not stacking it using the clips thinggies.
Getting all the way up in the turns.
Giddy school laughter - and not only from me.To put it simply I rode around for 90 min with a biggest grin on my face. Tempted to cross post on celebration thread.
Best bit? Everything.
Velocio, thank you for organising it (nice to finally meet you also); RPM thank you for running things and letting us have as much track time as possible.
Pics will be on flickr on Monday.

That banking looked steep, like 45° or so. Then afterwards I looked at it from outside the track and realised it's even steeper than that. What is it, 70°?
I thought, "how the fuck did I ride a bike up that?" -

That was a hugely enjoyable day. I last rode n an indoor track four years ago at Newport. I slid down the banking twice in a weekend. I was nervous yesterday but soon found that my fear of falling was overcome. My other fear was that I would prove to be woefully unfit and be dropped by all the youngsters. Happily that fear didn't materialise as everyone rode sowly enough to accommodate me. Thank you for that.
Had a huge endophin rush on my way home.
Good to see you all. Thank you Rob and VB.
Did a gentle 100 miles today as a recovery ride. Took 30 minutes off my prior best time for that course.
