Thanks for the tips. They're Garmin-specific pins, meaning I can't use any from my set of replacement watch spring-pins. There doesn't seem to be any wear or damage to the holes in the rubber strap that the pins sit on, the pins just seem a 0.5mm too short...
I've fired an email off to Garmin Support as I have read on a few sites people saying that Garmin changed the strap design and have been sending them out to people with problems. I bought mine 2nd hand so No idea what version I have and if me not being the original owner affects me support-wise...
