Apparently you can't spend over 2k through paypal within a year unless you properly link the account to your bank. I've been through all the shit to get it linked atleast 5 times and it never works.

I'm not even sure how I spent 2 grand in the first place.

I went in to my bank to get this done, gave me a number to call, which got it sorted.
