exactly. Just I've seen some occasions when those two were integral parts of the frame.. and had a hard time removing them :)
Are you sure about the dropouts though? One must assume 126mm, rather than 136, which is quite "unusal". I've heard of 126-128-130-132.5 and 135, but never heard of 136. :|
