I only avoid crispy bottoms as it leads to burst yolks more often - ain't nobody got time for that
My favourite way at the minute is in a non-stick pan with a little butter, nice and gentle, flip it over. Pop that badboy in a bacon sandwich (brown multiseed, toasted) with ketchup and black pepper, now we're cooking!
