The academy turns a profit, can't ask for more than that right now as we want to stay competitive in the PL. I honestly think that there will be 3 homegrown players in the squad this year (Ake, van Aanholt, Atsu, Piazon, Chalobah are all not far of from becoming regular squad members). Time will tell I guess.
£16m net spend so far I think, we're trading well within our means whilst also culling some big earners from the wage bill.
