she represented herself, and it was only a preliminary injunction that can create no legal precedent and, if appealed, would according to the lawyer quoted, be thrown out.
basically, woman writes shit review, restaurant man goes in huff. restaurant man paid lawyer, woman didn't. Man won. Woman paid man, went in huff, can't be arsed appealing.
