You can has. Find a buddy that has access to TIG welder and just let him weld it straight onto your frame.

I really didn't make any drawings. Just made sure that rack was square and then attached it to the frame fitting the supports to the canti studs ad hoc. You do not need to mitre the tubes when tig welding 1.5mm stainless tubing. A little heavy but easy to weld.
