This morning's commute and other commuting stories

undertaking cocktrumpet on endell street connected with my front wheel, cue both of us going arse over tit, me landing heavily on my left elbow and knee. it really fucking hurts.

I like the use of the term 'cocktrumpet' - I think i will add it to my daily vocab...

Re: Undertaking - I've taken to shouting and catching up to people who try this while I'm easing up to a set of lights. The responses have varied from - 'What? I didn't even see you, I'm a good cyclist', Really?!! No you're fekking not you kant! To - 'Wow, really sorry mate, you got me there, thought there was enough room...', Well, no there wasn't, but you seem like a sentient being so I won't bite your fekking face off.
