Lots of chaps in the park this morning, plus someone in Islington CC kit on a v flash single-speed with integrated carbarstem.
Nice to see Erik and Kendal going the other way, our intersections creeping earlier and earlier as they hammered it round.
I apologise to the couple of people I kept overtaking at speed and then sitting up 800-900 meters later, only to overtake them again. My heart is fucked and I'm trying to get my fitness back again, so keeping a high heart rate for as long as possible and then letting it cool off was my aim.
