Anyone know the delay from live transmission to on demand viewing on itv player?

Just watched yesterday's highlights but stage 10 isn't up yet and I don't want to sit here hitting refresh if it won't appear till tomorrow.

Same frustration here. I have a hunch they don't put it out there until the second TV version goes out at 12 midnight?
