have to say the utd shirts worn during the sharp sponsorship years were tasty...
-

Plus. It'll mean a repositioning.
We are United. We are not Qatari.Unlike all those fucking nouveau riche Nike clubs.

Adidas paying 70million a year to united to garb their players, is alot of dough, double what the next club is getting. Nike were smart to step away from that poisoned chalice.
wonder if Adidas has put some performance clauses in there to claw back some of the money if utd don't do so well in the league/europe? otherwise they could be spending bucketloads of money for an attachment to history..Maybe we should have held out for some pony sponsor like Warrior eh?
Adidas know the value of United's reach and we won't be down and out for that long...

Is it just shirts? At the moment Nike run all of Manchester United's merchandising (calendars, caps, non-Nike branded clothes, bags, etc).

I've been away, but now I'm back shall we talk boro?
Looks like Lukas Jutkiewicz is on his way to the prem. He's shit.
Anyone know of Enrique "KiKe" Garcia? £2.7m - that's a lot of cash up there in 'Boro.

Was looking at Chelsea's preseason friendlies this year.
This tie stands out a bit:
RZ Pellets WAC v Chelsea FC - Wednesday 23 July, 6.30pm (BST) -

Opinion seems split whether we're getting Jutkiewicz as an alternative because Watford want £10m for Deeney, or whether we were always looking at a target man given that our main target man is out with an ACL injury until post-christmas and we'll still be getting another striker in.
Signings so far haven't been the most inspring but Dyche did a good job making a silk purse out of a sow's ear last season:
Michael Kightly (Stoke City)
Matt Gilks (Blackpool)
Marvin Sordell (Bolton Wanderers)
Matt Taylor (West Ham United)
Steven Reid (West Bromwich Albion) -

So lets talk stadium, government has just given consent for compulsory purchase orders so we can have a new 58k capacity stadium by 2017.
Not much news about it here.

Siggy's gone to palace. Shitty move from pochettino imo

If that's confirmed think we're making space in the logjam that is our no10 position with Ericksen, Holtby, Lamela, Chadli, Siggurdson all willing (if not able) to play there.
Really like Siggi, but we haven't played to his strengths and he's never found a niche with us.. -
• #108067
sorry corndog, but who has?
with the exception of ericksen i would have got rid of any of the others you mention before siggi.
good news on the new stadium though.
