I'll say it again.
He's going out his way to troll, again. Two attempts to neg rep in the same day is quite pointed, so he's going out his way to spread it around so he can do it again.
It's pretty pathetic and designed to try and get attention. A thread devoted to it is just light relief as far as i'm concerned, if he wasn't being a creep it wouldn't be there.
