Moderators (requests and notices)

So, Jeez. He isn't 'contributing' any more but is just kind of sitting back and neg repping people he doesn't like with no comment. I think his rep is now zero though.

I don't think he should be banned or anything but can the mods take away his neg rep button? Or force a comment? It is too hard trying to vulcan mind meld with him to figure out what logic pathways made him offended. I am afraid that I will get lost in there.

His rep score is so massively negative that none of the rep he leaves for others counts at all.

Is that not enough?
