OK -- I think this has been covered before but:
running an external SSD - all speed gains would be negated by the cable/interface?
When I get into speccing the mac mini the price soon jumps up - keyboard, mouse plus upping the RAM etc. If I wanted their 1tb fusion drive it'd be another £160 which seems steep.
