Sounds obvious but have you tried all alignments of the front derailleur - i.e. if its catching the crank at the back of the FD, turn it clockwise, vice versa if it's hitting the front.
Another thing might be that the centre of the teeth of the big ring are sitting further outboard than other rings - are the Praxis fairly chunky?
